Place an Order

What payment methods do you accept?

At Illuminati Urban Store, you can check out using various credit and debit cards or the PayPal Express checkout option. We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

When you purchase online with your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.


Order Delivery

When will my order be processed?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment and shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. If you do not receive tracking confirmation within 5 business days after completing payment, please contact us.

How can I track my order?

We will email you tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Typically, you will receive your tracking number the day after your order ships. You can track your order on our dedicated tracking page.


Returns and Exchanges

How can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition with intact packaging. Refer to our return policy for a list of final sale items.

What happens if the items I receive are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive incorrect, missing, or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and relevant details regarding the issue. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

How long does the return process take?

Returns may take up to 7 business days to process from the day we receive your package. Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
